Why don’t I like Victoria’s Secret?. The vast majority of their bras are those horrible foam-lined cups or are padded for extreme cleavage. I can’t see a purpose in having more than one or two bras that push my titties up out of my shirts.  However, the truth is. While lingerie is often marketed as something light and frivolous, it’s a very technical and specialised area of the fashion industry. Lingerie design is a four-year course (otherwise known as contour fashion). Lingerie requires a particular set of design skills.  

BUT it doesn’t matter because…

Most women wear bras. Bras, underwear and lingerie are all a woman’s necessities. If makeup can be bought for cheap today, why is it so hard to find a reasonable set of bras?. Bras can go up to $30- $100, and As a person on a tight budget, if I had an extra $100 to spend on clothes, I certainly wasn’t going to blow it on a $30 to $70 bra.

In conclusion to the matter, no, I do not think bras should be that expensive when the returns are very high. I would instead invest in a firm, quality Macy’s lingerie rather than a cheap VS lingerie. We do want to ensure the garment workers are earning enough for a living, but we also want to ensure women have access to quality bras.
